We ship worldwide from our central warehouse. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs.

One standard laundry pack is designed to treat approximately 1kg to 1.5kg of dry laundry, which is roughly equivalent to one queen-sized duvet cover or a set of four large bath towels.
